When a BC corporation earns income in Alberta, they need to file a multi-jurisdictional corporate tax return. The shareholder will need to register the corporation with Alberta to receive a corporate account number.
How to make Alberta corporate tax payments
Tax payments can be made paid:
- at most financial institutions
- by cheque or money order, payable to the Government of Alberta
- by wire transfer
- using internet payment services provided my major financial institutions
